Organizational health and appreciation from employees to the organization are two important factors that can significantly impact the success of an organization. Organizational health refers to the overall well-being of an organization, including its culture, leadership, and management practices [41]. On the other hand, appreciation from employees to the organization refers to the extent to which employees value and recognize the contributions of their organization [46]. Research suggests that there is a positive relationship between organizational health and appreciation from employees to the organization. For instance, a study by Mahsyam et al. (2020) found that effective organizational communication can positively impact employee morale [44]. This suggests that when an organization communicates effectively with its employees, it can positively impact employee morale and appreciation towards the organization. Moreover, research suggests that employee motivation can positively impact organizational effectiveness [42]. A study by Manzoor (2011) found that employee motivation is positively related to organizational effectiveness [42]. This suggests that when employees are motivated, they are more likely to contribute positively to the organization and appreciate the organization's efforts. Furthermore, research suggests that workplace spirituality and employee engagement can positively impact employee mental health and well-being [43]. A study by Sharma et al. (2020) found that workplace spirituality is positively related to employee engagement, which in turn is positively related to employee mental health and well-being [43]. This suggests that when an organization promotes workplace spirituality and employee engagement, it can positively impact employee mental health and well-being, which in turn can lead to appreciation towards the organization. In conclusion, research suggests that there is a positive relationship between organizational health and appreciation from employees to the organization. Organizational health can be improved by promoting a positive organizational culture, effective leadership, and management practices. Appreciation from employees to the organization can be improved by promoting effective organizational communication, employee motivation, workplace spirituality, and employee engagement. By improving both organizational health and appreciation from employees to the organization, organizations can increase their chances of success and achieve their goals and objectives.
