This suggests that when an organization promotes workplace spirituality and employee engagement, it can positively impact employee mental health and well-being, which in turn can lead to appreciation towards the organization. In conclusion, research suggests that there is a positive relationship between organizational health and appreciation from employees to the organization. Organizational health can be improved by promoting a positive organizational culture, effective leadership, and management practices. Appreciation from employees to the organization can be improved by promoting effective organizational communication, employee motivation, workplace spirituality, and employee engagement. By improving both organizational health and appreciation from employees to the organization, organizations can increase their chances of success and achieve their goals and objectives.
